Responsiblities
As lead instructional designer for eLearning Services, Christiane works with NIU faculty and other clients in developing their online courses. She handles projects through the different phases of the instructional design process, interacts with clients, and works with the team’s interface designers, multimedia specialists, and programmers to develop online instructional materials that meet the client’s needs. Christiane is also responsible for ensuring that the help desk is monitored and that clients are getting timely response to their requests for help.
