Responsiblities
Upasana’s primary responsibility is to provide quality assurance testing for all eLearning products. This means she tests each product on several platforms and browsers, and checks for usability. Her work also includes supporting several non-credit projects, interacting with clients to provide web support, database support, and the development of support materials using instructional design principles. Upasana also supports other team members in different phases of their projects including project design, database and web development.
Expertise & Interests
While Upasana spends most of her time with quality assurance, instructional design, and materials development, she also has experience in database administration and programming. To support our clients Upasana must also keep learning new technologies such as Adobe Connect and Adobe Designer.
In her spare time Upasana enjoys reading fiction, business news, health and nutrition. She is also quitethe adventurist in that she has tried sky diving, rock climbing, rappelling, kayaking, obstacle courses, and camping. Future goals include bungee jumping and to climb “Kanchenjunga” some day. Another favorite hobby is cooking and baking. Her favorite foods include salads, Indian and Asian cuisine, but she isn’t afraid to try just about anything.
